Submit a deletion request
Use the email address registered to your Hydrogen Connect account. We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting anything.
What will be deleted?
After we have verified and completed your request, we delete the account and personal data associated with it, including account and profile details, company and location information, listings, and chat content associated with your account.
Data we may retain
Where required by law, we may retain limited financial and invoice records for up to seven years. This information is retained only for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security purposes and is not used to reactivate your account. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through the relevant app store before submitting this request.
